The Knyazhevo quarter is situated at the exit of Sofia city direvtion town of Pernik, between Tzar Boris and Nikola Petkov boulevards and the Gorna Banya Quarter. It was a separate village in the past but from 1958 it is quarter of Sofia city.
Knyajevo consists mainly of one-family houses and villas. Its location close to the Vitosha mountain and the quick connection to the city center make it one of the preferred places in Sofia.
