Quarter Ivan Vazov

Ivan Vazov quarter is situated very close to the Sofia centre. To the north it borders Bulgaria Blvd., to the west - Petko Todorov Blvd., and to the south and east to the Yujen (South) Park.  This is one of the most prestigious quarters in Sofia.
It is mix of architectures - there are single-family houses, solid monolithic blocks from 4 to 6 floors, 8-floor panel blocks, 10-floor brick blocks and high-rise EPK buildings. The big residential buildings have been built in the 1970-1980 but in the last years many new blocks of flats has built there.
