The village of Busmantsi (Sofia-city District) is located in South-West Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Stolichna. It is situated in the middle of Sofia plain (the local inhabitants are called shopi and are well known with their sense of humor), 8km east of city of Sofia and 1km east of Iskar river. It borders with Sofia Airport, some Sofia quarters (Gara/railway station Iskar, Slatina, Gorublyane and Vrajdebna) and villages Kazichene and Krivina.

Transport: asphalt road to Gara Iskar (2km) and to Sofia ring road near Kazichene (3km). Regular bus connections to/from Busmantsi and Gara Iskar (No 10 and 14) , village of German (No 8) and Sofia city (mini buses No 19 and 35).

Landmarks: There are ancient mounds and ancient Roman path (Troyanov path), church Sveta Bogoroditsa
