The village of Tsar-Petrovo (Vidin district) is located in North-West Bulgaria and is part from municipality Kula. It is situated 12.52 km. Northeast of the municipal center town of Kula, at  5 km. from the main road No 14 Vidin - Kula. Adjacent to the village Tsar Petrovo are  the villages of Topolovets, Peshakovo and Voynitsa.

There is a legend that at the end of the village was killed King Peter and this is the reason for the village name (tsar means king).
