The village of Vrabevo is located in Lovech district (North-Western Bulgaria), and is one of the villages in municipality Troyan. It is situated between the villages of Dobrodan, Stefanovo, Damianovo and Debnevo. It is believed that the village arose in the XIII-th century, during the war, led by the brothers Peter and Asen in 1185-1187.

Since 2003 in the village of Vrabevo working a factory of "Sopharma" JSC (production and packaging of drugs), which provides jobs to 350 persons and creates a real opportunity for the livelihood of the population in the region.

In the village was built also a Commercial Centre "Sopharma" (1200 m2 total area) with a large supermarket, modern restaurant, a pharmacy and ATM cash-machine.
