The village of Tlachene (Vratsa District) is located in North-West Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Byala Slatina. It is a quiet, medium sized village situated on the sides of wooded, sheltering hills, 19.56 km. South of the town of Byala Slatina (municipal center) and 23km from town of Vratsa (district center). Neigbour villages are Komarevo, Bukovets and Gabare.
