Landmarks: The Batoshevo Male Monastery "Uspenie Bogorodichno" stands several kilometers away from the village. It was built in 13th century. During the Ottoman slavery it was destroyed. It was reconstructed in 1836. Its most important value is the iconostasis - a masterpiece of the Tryavna Wood-carving School.
