Municipality Sevlievo

The Sevlievo municipality is located in North-Central Bulgaria in Gabrovo District. The Municipality consists of 1 town (municipal center Sevlievo) and 52 villages. The Municipality of Sevlievo is close to the geographic center of Bulgaria - 178 km away from Sofia and 283 km away from Varna. It is located on GP - 4 main road and has regular bus services connecting it to Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, Rousse and others.
Sevlievo region has been endowed by nature with a lot of beautiful places and sights. There are very good sports and tourism facilities: modern stadium, four auxiliary playgrounds, sports hall, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, fishing and hunting tourism areas in Lugut Hunting Unit. The recreation facilities at Alexander Stamboliyski dam nearby Mladen village - 22 km west from the town Sevlievo - and Bogatovski dam are the right places for water sports and fishing fans.
