Village Palitsi

The village of Palitsi (Veliko Turnovo District) is located in North-Central Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Elena. It is situated at an elevation between Kostelskata and Bebrovkata rivers, on 13km East from town of Elena (at the road to the town of Sliven). The village consists of two hamlets - the old village Gorno Palitsi (Upper Palitsi), located behind the river in direction village of Kamenari and Dolno Palitsi. The area is suitable for fishing because the closeness of Palitsi dam and Kostelska river where you can camp.
