Village Zlatinitsa

The village of Zlatinitsa (Yambol district) is located in South-East Bulgaria and is included in municipality Bolyarovo. It is situated 10 km away from the municipal center town of Elhovo, 90 km away from the seaside city of Burgas, 45 km from the town of Yambol and 87 km from the town of Svilengrad which is near the border with Greece and Turkey. There is a small river and artificial lakes near by the village of Zlatnitsa and the area is suitable for hunting and fishing. Zlatinitsa is very well developed, providing a medical service, a post office, regular transport, shops and cafes.
In Thracian mound between the villages Zlatinitsa and Malomirovo was discovered sepulchral complex of Thracian ruler, with all his equipment as warrior and king. The finding included a gold crown and a ring.
