Village Vulchitran

The village of Vulchitran is located in North-Western Bulgaria. It is part of Pordim Municipality, Pleven District. It is situated 22 km south-east of town of Pleven and is famous for the Vulchitrun gold treasure, found there in 1924 - a priceless monument of the late Bronze Era in our country, nowadays preserved in the National Museum of History in Sofia.
